摘要
步幅和步频是决定短跑速度的重要因素,是衡量优秀运动员短跑技术是否合理的重要指标,二者相辅相成又互相制约。世界优秀短跑运动员之所以取得优异成绩与他们具有合理的步幅、步频组合有着密切的关系。通过对近30年100m短跑奥运会冠军的步幅和步频做一些数学建模分析并与我国优秀短跑运动员的成绩进行比较分析,从而为我国短跑运动员制定科学训练计划提供理论基础。
Stride and stride frequency are important factors in determining sprint speed and important indicators to evaluate whether sprint technique is reasonable for elite athletes.They complement and restrict each other.The reason why the world’s elite sprinters achieve excellent results is closely related to their reasonable stride and stride frequency combination.This paper makes some mathematical modeling analysis on the stride and stride frequency of the Olympic champions of the 100-meter sprint in the past 30 years and compares it with the achievements of the elite sprinters in China.It provides theoretical basis for Chinese sprinter to make scientific training plan.
