摘要
安全生产执法监督模式不统一、执法流程差异大、执法工作效率低、工作出错率高以及执法人员素质参差不齐、工作风险大等问题,现已经成为亟待解决的问题,通过信息化的手段,引入"互联网+"的先进概念,是从根本上解决当前行政执法工作中存在的问题的有效手段。整合运用云计算、大数据、互联网等先进技术,以法律为准绳,以规范为依据,进一步深化现场执法流程建设、后台执法管理建设、全局执法体系建设,实现执法工作全流程规范、多节点控制、可视化监管等功能。
The mode of law enforcement supervision of safety production is not uniform,the law enforcement process is different,the efficiency of law enforcement is low, the work error rate is high,the quality of law enforcement personnel is uneven,and the risk of work is so great that it has become a problem to be solved urgently.The introduction of the concept of″Internet plus″ through information means is a fundamental solution to the problems existing in the current administrative law enforcement effective means.By integrating and applying advanced technologies such as cloud computing,big data and the Internet,and taking laws as the criterion and standards as the basis,further deepen the construction of on-site law enforcement process,backstage law enforcement management,and global law enforcement system,so as to realize the standardization of the whole process of law enforcement,multi node control and visual supervision.
