摘要
对某车间设备布局问题进行数学建模,建立以车间物流成本最小为目标的车间布局优化模型。应用遗传算法设计求解优化模型,根据SLP方法得到的初始布局方案建立初始种群,对该初始种群进行编码、选择、交叉和变异操作,得到最终车间设备布局。基于此,以上海海事大学工程训练中心机械加工车间为案例进行设备布局优化,完成车间物流分析,应用遗传算法对车间进行求解,并通过Matlab软件进行编程运算,得出车间的最优解。
In this paper,we mathematically modeled the arrangement problem of the equipment in a jobshop,and established the jobshop layout optimization model with minimizing the logistics costs of the jobshop as the objective.Next,we used the genetic algorithm to solve the model and established the initial population according to the initial layout plan obtained using the SLP method.Then by encoding,selecting,crossing and mutating the initial population,we arrived at the final jobshop equipment arrangement plan.On the basis of the above research,we studied the case of the mechanical processing workshop of the Engineering Training Center of Shanghai Maritime University,and by analyzing the logistics process of the workshop and using the genetic algorithm to solve the model,calculated the optimal arrangement solution for the workshop.
