摘要
通过对东北林业大学物流工程与管理专业研究生的问卷调查,从专业认同、学习态度、学习能力和学习成效四个维度的学习状况进行分析。研究发现,整体上学生的专业认同度普遍较高且学习态度总体较积极,但在学习能力方面学生之间的差距较大,部分同学的学习成效还有待提高。跨专业学生与非跨专业学生在四个维度上的学习状况差异不显著,在学习能力与学习成效方面跨专业学生学习状况略逊于非跨专业学生。科研规划能力、创新思维能力和基础知识掌握程度是决定学生学习成效的重要因素,因此应当引导学生对于理论知识进行定期的巩固,鼓励学生在研究实践中提出创新性观点想法,细化研究内容和研究方案,这将有助于产生积极的学习成效。
Through a questionnaire survey of the postgraduate students majoring in logistics engineering and management in Northeast Forestry University,we examined the learning situation of the students from four dimensions being specialty identification,learning attitude,learning ability and learning effect.Through the survey,we found that on the whole,the students could well identify with their specialty and were generally of positive learning attitude,but in terms of learning ability,a large gap existed among the students,and some of the students should improve their learning effect.No significant difference was found between trans-specialty students and non-trans-specialty students concerning the four dimensions of learning situation and in terms of learning ability and learning effect,trans-specialty students were slightly inferior to non-trans-specialty students.It was also concluded that scientific research planning ability,innovative thinking ability and fundamental knowledge mastery were important factors contributing to the learning effect of the students,therefore,the students should be guided to reinforce their theoretical knowledge on a regular basis,and they should be encouraged to come up with innovative ideas in research and practice and fine-tune their research contents and research programs,which would help them achieve positive learning effects.
