痤疮患者外周血MUC1的表达及其与外周血炎症因子的相关性分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的初步探讨痤疮患者外周血多态上皮黏液素(MUC1)的表达情况及其与外周血炎症因子的相关性。方法选择2018年1月1日至6月30日在浙江省人民医院皮肤科门诊就诊的70例痤疮患者作为研究对象,并根据病情分为轻-中度组和重度组,选择同期在浙江省人民医院健康促进中心进行体检的35例健康志愿者为对照组。比较三组间外周血MUC1水平、外周血IL-4、IL-8、IL-18、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)和γ干扰素(IFN-γ)水平,并进一步分析其相关性。结果重度痤疮患者外周血MUC1水平明显高于对照组和轻-中度组;重度组外周血IL-4、IL-8、IL-18、TNF-α和IFN-γ水平明显高于其他两组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。相关性分析结果显示,外周血MUC1与外周血IL-4、IL-8、IL-18、TNF-α和IFN-γ均呈明显正相关(r=0.762、0.675、0.599、0.628和0.610,均P<0.05)。结论痤疮患者外周血MUC1的表达明显增多,并且与外周血炎症因子有明显相关性,提示MUC1与炎症因子表达存在一定的相关性。 Objective To preliminarily investigate the expression of polymorphic mucin(MUC1)in peripheral blood of patients with acne and its correlation with inflammatory factors in peripheral blood.Methods From January 1 to June 30,2018,a total of 70 patients with acne who were treated in the outpatient clinic of the Department of Dermatology in Zhejiang People′s Hospital were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into mild-moderate group and severe group according to the disease condition.A total of 35 healthy volunteers who underwent a physical examination at the Health Promotion Center of Zhejiang People′s Hospital during the same period were selected as the control group.The levels of peripheral blood MUC1,IL-4,IL-8,IL-18,tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and interferon-γ(IFN-γ)levels were compared between the two groups,and the correlation was further analyzed.Results The level of MUC1 in the peripheral blood of patients with severe acne was significantly higher than that in the control group and the mild-moderate group;the levels of IL-4,IL-8,IL-18,TNF-αand IFN-γin the peripheral blood in the severe group were significantly higher than those in the other two groups,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Correlation analysis showed that peripheral blood MUC1 was significantly positively correlated with peripheral blood IL-4,IL-8,IL-18,TNF-αand IFN-γ(r=0.762,0.675,0.599,0.628 and 0.610 respectively,all P<0.05).Conclusion The expression of MUC1 in the peripheral blood of patients with acne is significantly increased,and it has a significant correlation with peripheral blood inflammatory factors,suggesting that there is a certain correlation between MUC1 and the expression of inflammatory factors.
