摘要
视网膜动脉阻塞(RAO)是眼科急症,分为视网膜中央动脉阻塞(CRAO)、视网膜分支动脉阻塞(BRAO)、睫状视网膜动脉阻塞、视网膜毛细血管前微动脉阻塞。其发展迅速且预后差,危险因素多,尚缺乏治疗的标准方案。目前现代医学的治疗方案包括降眼压、高流量吸氧、扩张血管、抗血小板凝集等传统治疗以及溶栓、高压氧治疗、动脉介入等积极治疗方式。本文对RAO的危险因素和治疗方面的研究进展进行综述。
Retinal artery occlusion(RAO)is an ophthalmic emergency,including central retinal artery occlusion(CRVO),branch retinal artery occlusion(BRVO),ciliary retinal artery occlusion and retinal capillary microartery occlusion.The progression is fast and the prognosis is poor,with many risks involved,and there is still lack of standard treatment procedures.At present,the modern treatment procedures include traditional treatments,e.g.lowering intraocular pressure,high flow oxygen inhalation,blood vessels dilatation,antiplatelet aggregation,and other active treatments like thrombolysis,hyperbaric oxygen therapy and arterial intervention.This review summarizes recent advancement about risk factors and treatment in RAO.
