摘要
采用氢氧化钠、硫脲和尿素三种无机碱,通过调节三者的配比得到无机碱体系,用于常温下测定棉与莫代尔纤维混纺织物的比例。试验发现,当氢氧化钠质量分数8.5%,硫脲质量分数7.0%,尿素质量分数8.0%,溶解时间为30 min时,可快速准确地对棉/莫代尔纤维混纺织物进行定量分析。该方法操作简便,绿色环保,对棉纤维的损伤也较低。
The inorganic alkali system is obtained by adjusting the ratio of sodium hydroxide,thiourea and urea,which is used to determine the proportion of cotton/Modal blended fabric at room temperature.It is found that when the mass fraction of sodium hydroxide,thiourea and urea is 8.5%,7.0%and 8.0%,respectively,and the dissolution time is 30 min,the quantitative analysis of cotton/modal blended fabric can be carried out quickly and accurately.This method is easy to operate,environmentally friendly and has low damage to cotton fiber.
