高频重复经颅磁刺激联合氟西汀对脑梗死后抑郁患者的效果 被引量:2

Effect of high frequency repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation combined with fluoxetine in the treatment of post cerebral infarction depression

摘要 目的探讨氟西汀+高频重复经颅磁刺激疗法对脑梗死后抑郁患者的治疗效果。方法将本院于2019年05月~2020年05月接收的162例脑梗死后抑郁患者作为观察对象。根据双盲随机对照原则,分为常规组(81例,单用氟西汀治疗),另一组为研究组(81例,氟西汀+高频重复经颅磁刺激治疗)。结果研究组汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)抑郁评分低于常规组(P<0.05);研究组日常活动量表(ADL)评分高于常规组(P<0.05);研究组总体疗效高于常规组(P<0.05);研究组与常规组不良反应无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论氟西汀联合高频重复经颅磁刺激治疗脑梗死后抑郁患者,疗效更高,可显著减轻患者抑郁情绪,改善其生存质量,且不良反应少。 Objective To analyze the effect of high frequency repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation combined with fluoxetine in the treatment of post cerebral infarction depression. Methods 162 patients with depression after cerebral infarction in our hospital from May 2019 to may 2020 were selected as the observation objects. According to the principle of double-blind randomized control,the patients were divided into two groups :the control group(n=81)was treated with fluoxetine alone,the study group(n=81)was treated with fluoxetine + high frequency repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation. Results The HAMD depression score in the study group was lower than that of the control group(P< 0.05). The ADL score of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P< 0.05). The overall efficacy of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P< 0.05). There was no difference in adverse reactions between two group(P> 0.05). Conclusion The combination of fluoxetine and high frequency repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation in the treatment of post cerebral infarction depression patients has higher clinical efficacy,can significantly reduce the depression of patients,improve their quality of life,with high safety.
