发动机工作叶片聚氨酯层脱落原因及工艺优化

摘要 发动机工厂试车后分解故检,发现低压工作叶片聚氨酯层沿底漆和金属基体界面出现不同程度的分离现象;查看前期长试后的2台发动机,发现该叶片聚氨酯层也有不同程度的损伤,甚至脱落。聚氨酯层包含3层结构:底层涂底漆、中间层填充聚氨酯、顶层铺放锦丝绸,涂底漆前基体为湿吹砂表面。从聚氨酯层用原材料、聚氨酯配制过程、加工过程进行分析,经试验验证确定聚氨酯层分离原因,并制定改进措施,经验证措施有效。同时,针对现用聚氨酯材料配制过程繁琐、质脆、减震效果差的问题,开展工艺优化研究,寻找弹性好、减震效果好的聚氨酯材料,以提高聚氨酯层使用寿命。结果显示,优化后聚氨酯层弹性和耐磨性较原聚氨酯层有明显提高,且粘接工艺可操作性强,产品加工效率、质量均得到较大提高。 It was found that the polyurethane layer of low-pressure working blade was separated along the primer and metal substrate interface to different degrees when engine factory decomposed and checked after trial run.In addition,it was found that the polyurethane layer had different degrees of damage and even fell off when the working blades of the two engines were inspected after the previous long test.The polyurethane layer consisted of three layers,that was the bottom layer primer,the middle layer with filler polyurethane,and the top layer with laying brocade silk,the substrate was wet sand blown surface before priming.The reasons for the separation of polyurethane layers were analyzed from the raw materials of polyurethane layers,the preparation process and the processing process of polyurethane layers,and the improvement measures were formulated and it proved to be effective.At the same time,aimed at the problems of complicated preparation process,brittle quality and poor damping effect of current polyurethane material,in order to improve the service life of the polyurethane layer,it was carried out that the research of technology optimization to look for polyurethane material with good elasticity and damping effects.The results showed that the optimized polyurethane elastic layer and the wear resistance were obviously enhanced compared with the original polyurethane layer,and the bonding process had strong operability.The product processing efficiency and quality were greatly improved.
