摘要
在文在寅总统执政以后,日韩之间的两大矛盾焦点走向激化,致使日韩两国对立加剧,关系陷入僵化冷淡状态。日本对韩国外交,既有正常的双边关系性质,也注重从日美安全同盟、美韩军事同盟、日本作为东亚地区大国的视角和身份同韩国进行外交往来。安倍政府对文在寅执政后的韩国外交有自身的特色,明显能够看到安倍政府想延续过去对朴槿惠政府时期韩国的立场,侧重于团结和拉拢韩国。然而毕竟文在寅政府与朴槿惠政府对日战略思维不同,两国矛盾很快公开化,安倍政府更多表现为对韩国采取高压钳制政策。安倍政府对韩国政府进行打压和钳制的政策,可能符合日本的短期利益,但对于日本的长远利益而言,弊大于利。
after Moon Jae-in governing,the two major contradictions between Japan and Korea intensified,which led to the intensification of the confrontation and the freeze even coldness of the relationship between them.Japan's diplomacy towards ROK has not only the nature of normal bilateral relations,but also diplomatic exchanges from the perspective of Japan-US Security Alliance,the Military Alliance between US-ROK and Japan as a big power in East Asia.The Abe administration had its own characteristics of ROK's Diplomacy after Moon Jae-in power.It was obvious that the Abe administration wanted to continue its position on the diplomatic policy of Park Geun-hye administration in the past,focusing on solidarity and cooperation of ROK.However,after all,the Strategic Thinking between the two governments was different,so the contradiction between Japan and ROK quickly became public-Abe administration was more of a high pressure and clamp policy toward ROK.Under the irresistible trend of globalization,the Abe administrations emphasized on the policy of hackling and clamping down on the government of the Moon Jae-in power might be in line with Japan's short-term interests,but it would be more harm than good to Japan's long-term interests.
