摘要 为了对液压支架电液控制系统进行可视化分析验证,通过对 ZY8600/25/50 型液压支架进行三维建模、修补和调整,建立了可驱动的三维模型。采用三维姿态解析和无缝动态驱动技术,对液压支架各个部件,主要是四连杆机构的三维驱动技术研究,得到液压支架的三维驱动模型。通过 C# 编程语言进行不同部件的位置迭代计算,可以实现平滑、可控、无缝衔接的三维驱动动作,进而用于液压支架虚拟仿真和可视化分析。同时,通过和电液控系统联动,可以对液压支架电液控制系统进行可视化分析验证。 In order to visually analyze and verify the electro-hydraulic control system of the hydraulic support,a drivable 3D model was established through 3D modeling,repair and adjustment of ZY8600/25/50 hydraulic support.3D posture analysis and seamless dynamic drive technology were applied to research 3D drive technology of various parts of the hydraulic support,mainly the four-bar linkage,and then 3D drive model of the hydraulic support was obtained.C# language was applied to conduct iterative calculation for position of various parts,so as to realize smooth,controllable and seamless 3D drive,which could be used for virtual simulation and visual analysis on the hydraulic support.Meanwhile,through the linkage with electro-hydraulic control system,the electro-hydraulic control system of the hydraulic support could be visually analyzed and verified.
