摘要
在2020年的滨州市“两会”上,滨州市委书记佘春明同志将孙子智慧植根于富强滨州建设,首次提出了“智者智城”的概念。千年之跨度难碍文化之传承,用孙子文化研究地方经济工作,须触类旁通、借古鉴今。本文以《孙子兵法》精髓思想为支撑,结合富强滨州建设具体实践,对“智者智城”进行了内涵式解读,取其四个字的谐音,分别从“志者之成”“制者之乘”“知者之诚”“治者之秤”(分别代表梦想、产业、人才、环境)四个方面进行了阐释和论述。
At two Conferences(i.e.the People‘s Congress and the People’s Political Consultative Conference)of Binzhou City in 2020,She Chunming,Secretary of the CPC Binzhou Municipal Committee,rooted Sun Zi’s wisdom in the construction of a prosperous and powerful Binzhou,and put forward the concept of“Smart People and Smart City”for the first time.The millennium span is difficult to hinder the inheritance of culture.Using Sun Zi’s culture to study local economic work must be understood by analogy and learn from the past.Based on the essence of The Art of War and the concrete practice of building a prosperous and powerful Binzhou,this article carries out a connotative interpretation of the“Smart People and Smart City”,and explained and discussed the four aspects of dreams,industries,talents,and environment.
