摘要
目的探讨WD-3合剂联合肝动脉化疗栓塞术(transarterial chemoembolization,TACE)治疗原发性肝癌(PHC)的临床疗效与安全性。方法选取2015年1月至2019年4月无锡市中医医院收治的50例PHC患者,采用“长短签自由抽取”的方法分为对照组和观察组,每组25例。对照组给予TACE治疗,观察组给予TACE+WD-3合剂治疗,对比两组患者的临床治疗效果、不良反应发生率、远期疗效和治疗前后血清甲胎蛋白水平及生活质量评分。结果观察组患者的临床治疗总有效率高于对照组,不良反应发生率、疾病转移、复发率以及死亡率低于对照组,治疗后,两组患者血清甲胎蛋白水平均低于治疗前,且观察组较对照组更低,两组患者生活质量评分均高于治疗前,且观察组较对照组更高(P<0.05)。结论对PHC患者应用TACE联合WD-3合剂进行治疗可提升其临床治疗有效率和远期疗效,降低患者死亡率,值得推广。
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of WD-3 Decoction combined with transarterial chemoembolization(TACE)in the treatment of primary liver cancer(PHC).Methods Totally 50 patients with PHC,from January 2015 and April 2019 in Wuxi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,adopt the method of length sign free extraction to divided into control group and observation group,25 cases in each group.Control group was given TACE treatment,the observation group was given conventional TACE+WD-3 mixture treatment,compared two groups of patients with clinical therapeutic effect,adverse reaction of occurrence,the long-term curative effect observation indexes,serum AFP level before and after the treatment,and the quality of life scores.Results The overall response rate to clinical treatment was higher in the observation group than in the control group,the incidence of adverse effects,disease metastasis,recurrence,and mortality rates were lower than in the control group,after treatment,serum alpha fetoprotein levels were lower in both groups than before treatment,and were lower in the observation group than in the control group,and quality-of-life scores were higher in both groups than before treatment and higher in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of PHC patients with TACE combined with WD-3 Decoction can improve the clinical treatment efficiency and long-term efficacy,reduce the mortality of patients,and is worthy of promotion.
