黑龙江省冰雪旅游尽管在自然因素和社会因素方面存在着很多优势,但也同样存在着亟待解决的问题,面临着国内外的极大挑战,提出促进黑龙江省冰雪旅游可持续发展的对策。规范黑龙江省冰雪旅游市场,净化黑龙江省冰雪旅游环境;做好冰雪专业人才的培养和引进工作;发挥市场在资源配置中的核心作用,多渠道吸引资金;提升黑龙江省冰雪旅游信息化水平;深化冰雪旅游合作;发展黑龙江省冰雪全域旅游。希望可以助推黑龙江省冰雪旅游的发展与繁荣,使冰雪旅游在“龙江丝路带”建设中发挥更大的作用,促进黑龙江省冰雪旅游可持续发展。
Although there are many advantages in natural and social factors, there are also some problems to be solved. Facing great challenges at home and abroad, this paper puts forward some countermeasures to promote the sustainable development of ice and snow tourism in Heilongjiang Province. To standardize the ice and snow tourism market of Heilongjiang Province, purify the ice and snow tourism environment of Heilongjiang Province;to do a good job in the cultivation and introduction of ice and snow professionals;to play the core role of the market in the allocation of resources, to attract funds through multiple channels;to improve the level of information technology of ice and snow tourism in Heilongjiang Province;to deepen the cooperation of ice and snow tourism;to develop ice and snow tourism in Heilongjiang Province. Hope to boost the development and prosperity of ice and snow tourism in Heilongjiang Province, make ice and snow tourism play a greater role in the construction of "Longjiang Silk Road belt", and promote the sustainable development of ice and snow tourism in Heilongjiang Province.
