摘要
铝毒(Al)是酸性土壤中限制植物正常生长的重要非生物胁迫因素,严重制约了酸性土壤地区农业的发展。目前对于植物抵御铝毒的研究主要集中在有机酸的分泌、铝的螯合等方面,并发现ALMT和MATE是2个与植物耐铝性密切相关的转运蛋白家族。主要从铝对植物的毒害作用、植物抵御铝毒的生理响应机制以及耐铝毒植物的筛选选育方面进行了总结,并提出今后的研究方向。
Aluminum toxicity(Al)is an important abiotic stress factor that restricts the normal growth of plants in acidic soil and seriously restricts the development of agriculture in acidic soil areas.Current studies on plant tolerance to aluminum mainly focus on the secretion of organic acids and chelation of aluminum,and ALMT and MATE are found to be two transporter families closely related to plant tolerance to aluminum.In this paper,the toxic effect of aluminum on plants,the physiological response mechanism of plants to aluminum toxicity,the selection and breeding of plants resistant to aluminum toxicity were summarized,the future research direction was proposed.
