摘要
目的探讨生长抑素+乌司他丁联合肠内营养支持对重症急性胰腺炎患者血管炎症因子的影响。方法选取本院收治的84例重症急性胰腺炎患者,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各42例。对照组给予生长抑素+乌司他丁联合常规静脉营养支持治疗,观察组给予生长抑素+乌司他丁联合肠内营养支持治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的TNF-α、IL-8、IL-6水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的D-乳酸、DAO水平及果糖/甘露醇均低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应总发生率无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论生长抑素+乌司他丁联合肠内营养支持治疗重症急性胰腺炎患者能够有效抑制炎症反应,促进肠黏膜屏障修复,提升疗效,安全性良好。
Objective To investigate the effect of somatostatin+ulinastatin combined with enteral nutrition support on vascular inflammatory factors in patients with severe acute pancreatitis.Methods A total of 84 patients with severe acute pancreatitis admitted in our hospital were selected and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was given somatostatin+ulinastatin combined with routine intravenous nutrition support,and the observation group was given somatostatin+ulinastatin combined with enteral nutrition support.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of TNF-α,IL-8 and IL-6 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of D-lactic acid,DAO and fructose/mannitol in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Somatostatin+ulinastatin combined with enteral nutrition support in the treatment of patients with severe acute pancreatitis can effectively inhibit the inflammatory response,promote the repair of the intestinal mucosal barrier,improve the efficacy,and has good safety.
