摘要
中药凝胶贴膏因其具有操作简便、无创伤、提高患者依从性,可以减少胃肠道刺激,避免肝脏首过效应而提高生物利用度等优势,逐渐受到研究人员的广泛关注。通过查阅相关文献,对中药凝胶贴膏在临床疾病治疗中的应用进行综述,为其进一步的研究开发提供参考。
Traditional Chinese medicine gel paste has the advantages of simple operation,no trauma,improved compliance of patients,can reduce gastrointestinal irritation,avoid liver first pass effect and improve bioavailability,and gradually attracted extensive attention of researchers.The application of traditional Chinese medicine gel paste in the treatment of clinical diseases is reviewed by consulting relevant literature to provide reference for its further research and development.
