摘要
针对制动器问题,提出了一种具有4个制动蹄片的新型鼓式制动器——四蹄分体式制动器。在已有的领从蹄鼓式制动器基础上,建立了四蹄分体式制动器制动蹄片的制动力矩、摩擦力、摩擦力作用半径的数学模型,并对制动效能进行了理论分析。结果表明,四蹄分体式制动器能够改善领从蹄鼓式制动器中领蹄制动效果优于从蹄的现象,保持两侧制动效果一致。虽然结构略显复杂,但在摩擦系数为0.35时,四蹄分体式制动器在制动效能因素上相较于传统领从蹄鼓式制动器提升了39.49%。同时四蹄分体式制动器提升了整体制动效能,为下一步的制动器应用研究提供了理论依据。
Aiming at the brake problem,a new type of drum brake with four brake shoes(four-shoe split brake)is proposed.Based on the existing leading drum brakes,a mathematical model of the braking torque,friction,and frictional force of the four-shoe split brake shoe is established,and the reverse braking performance is analyzed theoretically.Compared with the analysis of the lead drum brake,the results show that the four-shoe split brake can improve the leading shoe braking effect in the lead drum brake and reduce the lead shoe,keep the braking effect consistent on both sides.Although the structure is slightly more complicated,when the optimal friction coefficient is 0.35,the braking efficiency factor of the four-shoe split brake is 39.49%higher than that of the traditional neckline.At the same time,the four-shoe split brake improves the braking performance as a whole.This provides a theoretical basis for the next braking application research.
