摘要
目的:探讨疼痛护理对创伤性骨折患者疼痛、不良情绪及睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2016年7月至2018年6月厦门市中医院骨二科收治的创伤性骨折患者98例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组49例。对照组进行常规术后康复护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施疼痛护理。比较2组护理前后的肿胀情况、疼痛程度[视觉模拟评分法(VAS)]、情绪状态[焦虑自评量表(SAS)及抑郁自评量表(SDS)]及睡眠质量[匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)]。结果:护理后观察组的肿胀程度、VAS评分、SAS评分、SDS评分及PSQI评分均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:疼痛护理可显著改善创伤性骨折患者术后康复过程中的疼痛、不良情绪及睡眠质量,值得推广使用。
Objective:To explore the influence of pain nursing for pain,bad mood and sleep of patients with traumatic fracture.Methods:A total of 98 patients with traumatic fracture in Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Xiamen City from July 2016 to June 2018 were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 49 cases in each group.The control group were with routine rehabilitation care after operation,and the observation group were with pain care on the basis of the control group.Then the swelling degree,pain degree[Visual analogy score(VAS)],emotion status[self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)]and sleep quality[Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)]of two groups before and after the nursing were compared.Results:The swelling degree,VAS score,SAS score,SDS score and PSQI score of observation group after the nursing were significantly lower than those of control group,there were statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:The pain nursing in postoperative rehabilitation of patients with traumatic fracture can significantly improved the pain,bad mood and sleep quality,so it is worth popularizing.
