摘要
目的:了解新型冠状病毒感染肺炎疫情期间居家大学生焦虑抑郁情绪状况及其影响因素,为大学生心理疏导提供参考依据。方法:采用一般情况问卷与焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)对疫情期间居家隔离的840名大学生进行调查。结果:840名大学生中出现焦虑情绪79人(9.4%),出现抑郁情绪233人(27.7%),同时出现焦虑、抑郁情绪61人(7.3%)。经多元线性回归分析发现,是否锻炼(t=2.750,3.875;P<0.01)、有无亲朋感染(t=-2.448,-3.240;P<0.05)、毕业生(t=-2.344,P<0.05)、沉迷网络游戏(t=2.998,P<0.01)是大学生在疫情期间出现焦虑抑郁情绪的影响因素,且焦虑抑郁情绪存在共病。结论:疫情期间,居家大学生存在一定的焦虑抑郁,其中抑郁较为严重。是否锻炼、有无亲朋感染、毕业生、沉迷网络游戏是大学生在疫情期间出现焦虑抑郁情绪的影响因素,且焦虑抑郁情绪存在共病。
Objective:To understand anxiety and depression of college students at home during the outbreak of COVID-19and its influencing factors,so as to provide references for education departments and colleges to conduct psychological counseling for college students.Methods:A total of 840college students who were isolated at home during the epidemic were investigated by using the self-designed general situation questionnaire,self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS).Results:Among 840college students,79(9.4%)had anxiety,233(27.7%)had depression,and 61(7.3%)had anxiety and depression.Through multiple linear regression analysis,it was found that whether to exercise(t=2.750,3.875;P<0.001),whether to have relatives and friends infected(t=-2.448,-3.24;P<0.05),graduate or not(t=-2.344,P<0.05)and addicted to online games(t=2.998,P<0.01)were the factors that affected the anxiety and depression of college students during the outbreak of COVID-19,and anxiety and depression were symbiotic.Conclusion:During the outbreak of COVID-19,homebound college students have some anxiety and depression,among which the depression is more serious.Whether to exercise,whether to have relatives and friends infected,graduate or not and addicted to online games are the factors that affect the anxiety and depression of college students during the outbreak of COVID-19,and anxiety and depression are symbiotic.
