摘要
针对自动化锻造生产线锻造中各种设备还处于离散状态的特点以及MES系统中的监控模块难以获取生产线的实时、完整的锻造过程信息等问题,自动化锻造生产线总线采用现场总线(Field Bus)技术,将离散状态的单台设备组成智能化网络,实现了单台设备的协同控制和生产线数据的高度集成。设计了由生产线层、数据采集层、网络层、应用层和交互层组成的自动化锻造生产线实时数据采集系统总体架构,编写了基于数据库层、中间件层和用户层3层结构的实时数据采集和分析系统软件,并成功地应用到自动化锻造生产线中,完成了实时数据采集,实现了与MES系统数据互通,完善了MES系统的功能。
For the characteristics that various equipments in the automated forging production line are still in discrete state and the problem that it is difficulty for the monitoring module in the MES system to obtain the real-time and complete forging process information of the production line,the bus of automated forging production line used the field bus technology to combine a single equipment in a discrete state into an intelligent network,which realized the collaborative control of a single equipment and the high integration of production line data. Then,the overall framework of real-time data acquisition system for automated forging production line composed of production line layer,data acquisition layer,network layer,application layer and interaction layer was designed,and the software of real-time data acquisition and analysis system based on three layers structure for database layer,middleware layer and user layer was compiled to apply to automated forging production line successfully. Furthermore,the real-time data collection and the data communication with the MES system were realized,and the functions of the MES system were promoted.
