摘要
目的探讨针刺联合回授法健康教育对青光眼患者眼压水平、遵医行为的影响。方法选取2017年1月-2018年12月本院收治的302例(564眼)青光眼患者,采用随机数值表法分为观察组和对照组,各151例282眼。对照组给予针刺治疗,观察组给予针刺联合回授法健康教育治疗。于治疗结束后评估2组临床疗效及遵医行为,检测2组治疗前后眼压水平、视野平均光敏感度和视野平均缺损。结果治疗后,观察组的总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组在治疗3疗程后的眼压水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后的视野平均光敏感度较对照组治疗后上升得更为显著,视野平均缺损较对照组治疗后下降得更为显著(P<0.05);观察组各遵医行为的比例均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针刺联合回授法健康教育能有效提高患者的遵医行为,降低眼压水平、改善视功能,临床疗效较优,对于治疗青光眼具有十分积极的意义。
Objective To explore the effect of acupuncture combined with feedback health education on intraocular pressure(IOP)level and treatment compliance behavior of glaucoma patients.Methods A total of 302 glaucoma patients(564 eyes),who were admitted to the hospital from January 2017 to December 2018,were selected as the study subjects and divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with 151 cases(282 eyes)in each group.The control group was treated with acupuncture,while the observation group was treated with acupuncture combined with feedback health education.After treatment,clinical efficacy and treatment compliance behavior in both groups were evaluated,and the IOP level,mean sensitivity and mean defect of visual field in both groups were detected before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the total curative rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(77.66%vs 70.21%)(P<0.05).After 3 courses of treatment,the IOP level in the observation group was significantly lower(P<0.05).After treatment,the increase of visual field mean sensitivity in the observation group was significantly higher,and the decrease of the visual field mean defect was also significantly higher(P<0.05).The proportion of patients with treatment compliance behaviors in the observation group,such as regular subsequent visits,regular medication,social activities,living habits and psychological emotions,was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with feedback health education can effectively improve patients’treatment compliance behavior,reduce the IOP level,and improve visual functions with a better clinical effect and a positive significance for glaucoma treatment.
