摘要 针对云冈矿井下SSJ1000/125皮带机皮带防跑偏装置无法解决皮带上无煤时皮带撕裂的情况,提出了一种新型皮带机防撕裂跑偏保护装置。该装置利用红外监测技术及时对皮带撕裂、撕边或者跑偏的情况做出反应,也能在皮带空载时及时执行停止动作,增强对皮带装置的保护效果,适用不同工作状况。该装置在云冈矿进行了全面应用,能实现皮带机皮带上无煤时皮带的防撕裂跑偏保护。 In view of the fact that the belt anti-run deviation device of belt SSJ 1000/125 under Yungang mine can not solve the situation of belt tearing when there is no coal on the belt,a new type of belt machine anti-tear running deviation protection device is put forward.The device uses infrared monitoring technology to respond to the situation of belt tearing,edge tearing or deviation in time,and can also perform stop action in time when the belt is empty,enhance the protection effect of the belt device,and apply to different working conditions.The device has been applied in Yungang Mine,which can protect belt from tearing and running when there is no coal on belt.
