摘要
内泄漏量是评价伺服阀性能的主要技术指标之一,伺服阀内泄漏量过大会影响液压系统的工作效率和运行稳定性。为了研究伺服阀内泄漏产生的原因,设计、制作了能够测试伺服阀主阀各节流口流量曲线和内泄漏流量曲线的试验台。通过测试新、旧伺服阀各节流口流量曲线和内泄漏流量曲线,得出阀芯、阀套锐边的磨损是导致伺服阀中位内泄漏增加的主要原因。伺服阀中位内泄漏量过大,导致液压系统发热严重、效率降低,影响液压系统的稳定运行。提出在液压设备的管理和维护中,应定期对伺服阀进行检测。
In this paper,the cause of leakage of Servo valve main valve is analyzed.In order to study the leakage mechanism of Servo Valve,a test-bed was designed and made,which can detect the flow curve of every throttle port and the leakage flow curve of servo valve.By detecting the flow curve and leakage flow curve of every throttle port of the new and old servo valves,the reason of the increase of leakage was analyzed,which led to the energy consumption.In the management and maintenance of hydraulic equipment,servo valve should be tested regularly.
