基于PFC 2D的深埋软岩巷道断面形状优化分析 被引量:3

摘要 为合理选择深埋软岩巷道断面形状,以修建在泥岩地层中的一条单轨运输巷道为例,采用PFC 2D软件研究分析了矩形、梯形、直墙半圆拱形、平底马蹄形、圆形和椭圆形6种不同断面形状的巷道围岩变形破裂特征。数值分析结果表明:断面形状改变对巷道表面0.2 m至1.5 m范围内的岩体位移影响明显,其中,圆形断面岩体位移最小,而梯形和矩形最大;从巷道周边围岩破裂深度上看,直墙半圆拱形和平底马蹄形巷道的顶部破裂深度最小,圆形巷道的底部破裂深度最小,而矩形和椭圆形巷道的两帮破裂深度最小。 In order to reasonably select the section shape of deep soft rock roadway,a monorail transportation roadway which constructed in mudstone formation was taken as an example,PFC 2D software was adopted to research and analyse deformation and fracture characteristics of surrounding rock in six roadway section shapes including rectangle,trapezoid,straight wall with arched top,flat-bottom horseshoe,circular and ellipse.The numerical results show that:The change of section shape has a significant impact on the rock mass displacement in the range of 0.2 m to 1.5 m on the surface of the roadway.Among them,the circular section has the smallest displacement,while the trapezoid and rectangular shape have the largest displacement.From the perspective of the surrounding rock rupture depth of the roadway,the straight wall semicircular arch and flat bottom horseshoe-shaped roadway have the smallest rupture depth at the top,the round roadway has the lowest rupture depth at the bottom,and the rectangular and oval roadways have the smallest rupture depth at both sides.
