摘要
目的:对比腹腔镜疝无张力修补术(TEP+TAPP)与Lichtenstein修补术治疗腹股沟疝的临床疗效。方法:回顾性分析医院收治的44例腹股沟疝患者的临床资料。按照手术方式不同分为两组,行腹腔镜下无张力修补术术式患者22例(TEP+TAPP组),行Lichtenstein修补术患者22例(平片式组)。比较两组患者术中情况、术后恢复、并发症以及复发率,并评价两种修补手术的治疗效果。结果:腹腔镜组患者术中出血量、术后进食时间、下床时间等均明显低于Lichtenstein修补组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者的并发症的发生率以及术后复发率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:腹腔镜治疗腹股沟疝具有损伤低、住院时间短、手术后短时间恢复,临床外科有更大的应用前景和推广价值。
Objective:To compare the clinical efficacy of laparoscopic tension-free hernia repair(TEP+TAPP)and Lichtenstein repair for inguinal hernia.Methods:A retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 44 patients with inguinal hernia in Hospital.According to the different surgical methods,they were divided into 2 groups,22 patients underwent laparoscopic tension-free repair(TEP+TAPP group),and 22 patients underwent Lichtenstein repair(plain film group).The intraoperative conditions,postoperative recovery,complications and recurrence rates of the two groups were compared,and the therapeutic effects of the two repair operations were evaluated.Results:In the laparoscopic group,intraoperative blood loss,postoperative eating time,and time to get out of bed were significantly lower than those in the Lichtenstein repair group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of complications and postoperative recurrence rates between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The laparoscopic group in the treatment of inguinal hernia has low damage,short hospital stay,and short recovery after surgery.Clinical surgery has greater application prospects and promotion value.
