摘要
目的:探究人性化护理干预在妇科门诊人流手术患者应用中对其情绪及护理满意度的影响。方法:在2018年8月至2020年7月间抽选在我院妇科门诊进行人流手术的75例患者作为研究对象,按护理时间的不同将其分为常规组(2018年8月至2019年8月收治,给予常规护理干预,共35例)和研究组(2019年9月至2020年7月收治,给予人性化护理干预,共40例)。采用Zung氏焦虑自评量表系统评定两组的焦虑评分,对比两组干预前后的焦虑评分,并比较两组护理后护理满意度。结果:干预前,两组的焦虑评分无统计学差异(P>0.05)。干预后,两组的焦虑评分均低于干预前,而研究组的更低于常规组(P<0.05);研究组的护理满意度为95.00%,明显高于常规组的80.00%,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在妇科门诊人流手术,为患者进行人性化护理干预,可显著改善其负面情绪,提高护理质量,让患者更满意。
Objective:To explore the effect of humanized nursing intervention on the emotion and nursing satisfaction of patients undergoing artificial abortion in gynecological outpatient department.Methods:from August 2018 to July 2020,75 patients with artificial abortion in the gynecological outpatient department of our hospital were selected as the research objects.According to the different nursing time,they were divided into the conventional group(35 cases received routine nursing intervention from August 2018 to August 2019)and the study group(40 cases received humanized nursing intervention from September 2019 to July 2020).Zung’s self rating Anxiety Scale was used to evaluate the anxiety scores of the two groups.The anxiety scores of the two groups before and after the intervention were compared,and the nursing satisfaction of the two groups after nursing was compared.Results:before intervention,there was no significant difference in anxiety score between the two groups(P>0.05).After the intervention,the anxiety scores of the two groups were lower than before the intervention,and the study group was even lower than the conventional group(P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction of the study group was 95.00%,significantly higher than 80.00%of the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion:humanized nursing intervention can significantly improve the negative emotions,improve the quality of nursing and make patients more satisfied.
