摘要
骨缺损传统的治疗方法主要是通过移植自体骨或异体骨,这具有显著的潜在发病率等弊端。重组人骨形态发生蛋白(rhBMP)-2已被美国食品和药物管理局批准用于特定的再生适应症。然而,骨组织工程中通过外源生长因子的给药方式有许多缺点。2011年有学者针对其弊端提出了抗体介导的骨再生(AMOR),即局部使用抗体,该抗体可以将内源性的因子招募到骨缺损部位,并与之结合形成抗原抗体复合物,然后与目标细胞表面受体结合充分调动机体自身促成骨作用,实现骨再生。该理念为组织工程提供了一种有前途的治疗思路,因此,该综述主要针对治疗性抗体对局部骨再生的影响的总结,为以后的相关研究思路及方向提供一定理论基础。
The traditional treatment of bone defects is mainly through the transplantation of autologous bone or allogeneic bone,which has significant potential morbidity and other drawbacks.Recombinant Human Bone Morphogenetic Protein(rhBMP-2)has been approved by the US Food and Drug Administration for specific regenerative indications.However,the administration of exogenous growth factors in bone tissue engineering has many disadvantages.In 2011,some scholars put forward antibody mediated bone regeneration(AMOR),namely local use of antibodies,the antibody can be endogenous factors to recruit bone defect parts,and combined with the formation of antigen-antibody complexes,and then combine with target cell surface receptors,fully mobilize the body's own contribute to bone,bone regeneration.This concept provides a promising therapeutic approach for tissue engineering.Therefore,this review focuses on the effect of therapeutic antibodies on local bone regeneration.To provide a theoretical basis for the future research ideas and directions.
