摘要 苏通GIL综合管廊工程举世瞩目,迄今为止是世界上第一次在输电通道中采用特高压GIL进行输电的工程。苏通特高压GIL管廊工程具有显著的特点,如最先进的技术水平、最大的输送电容量、最高的电压等级、最长的输送距离等显著的特点,名副其实地被誉为"万里长江第一廊"。由此可见,GIL其中使用的零部件的技术和质量要求很严格,针对零部件之一的铝合金外壳的生产和检验,为更好地满足质量和交货期的要求,特采用了先进的相控阵超声检测技术。 So far,it is the first time that the super high voltage Gil is used in the power transmission channel in the world.Sutong UHV GIL pipeline corridor project has remarkable characteristics,such as the most advanced technology level,the largest transmission capacity,the highest voltage class,the longest transmission distance and so on,truly known as"the first corridor of the Yangtze River".It can be seen that the technical and quality requirements of the components used in Gil are very strict,aiming at the production and inspection of one of the components,the aluminum alloy shell,in order to better meet the quality and delivery requirements,the advanced phased array ultrasonic testing technology is specially used.
