摘要
港口、腹地、港口供应链、港口—腹地供应链与西部陆海新通道及其建设深深地"镶嵌"在一起。文献梳理进一步表明,港口—腹地供应链的合作或管理与西部陆海新通道的建设具有内在联系及统一性;而港口—腹地供应链在西部陆海新通道的生动实践中,呈现出了以实体企业主导型、平台企业整合型为基本类型和以冷链供应链、林产品供应链、物流与制造业一体化供应链为特色类型的"两基三特"港口—腹地供应链同台竞技格局,并彰显了协调性和整合性、动态性与选择性、复杂性及虚拟性的总体特征。据此,构造了注重效率、带动整体的"点—线—面—体"西部陆海新通道建设的框架体系;西部陆海新通道的下一步建设,应创新发展"组织点"、优化升级"通道线"和"产业链"、合作共赢"省域面"、立体推进"有机体"。
Port,hinterland,port supply chain,port—hinterland supply chain are deeply embedded with the New Western Land-Sea Corridor and its construction.Literature review further indicates that the cooperation or management of the port-hinterland supply chain has internal relations and unity with the construction of the New Western Land-Sea Corridor:The port—hinterland supply chain in the vivid practice of construction for the New Western Land-Sea Corridor,displaying the pattern of competition on the same stage for multiple types of port-hinterland supply chain,among which the basic types are entity enterprise leading type and platform enterprise integration type,and the characteristic types are cold chain supply chain,forest product supply chain,logistics and manufacturing integrated supply chain.It is distinctively characterized with coordination and integration,dynamic and selective,complexity and virtuality.Based on this,the frame system of"point,line,plane and body"New Western Land-Sea Corridor which focuses on efficiency and drives the whole,is constructed.In the next step of the construction for the New Western Land-Sea Corridor,should innovate and develop"the organizational points"should be innovated and developed,"the channel lines"and"the industrial chain"should be optimized and upgraded,thus forming cooperation and win-win"provincial area",and promoting"the organism".
