摘要
目的观察舒肝颗粒联合马来酸曲美布汀治疗对功能性消化不良(FD)患者胃动力指标及胃窦黏膜的影响。方法将我院102例FD患者随机分为观察组与对照组,各51例。对照组给予马来酸曲美布汀治疗,观察组在对照组基础上予以舒肝颗粒治疗。比较两组治疗前及治疗8周后的胃动力指标[餐后胃窦收缩幅度(P)、收缩频率(F)、运动指数(MI)]、胃窦黏膜指标[胃泌素(GAS)、生长抑素(SS)]水平变化,并记录其不良反应发生情况。结果治疗8周后,两组P、F、MI、GAS水平较治疗前均显著上升(P均<0.05),且观察组明显高于对照组(P<0.05);SS较治疗前均显著下降(P均<0.05),且观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗期间,两组之间不良反应总发生率比较无统计学意义(χ~2=0.088,P>0.05)。结论舒肝颗粒联合马来酸曲美布汀治疗FD疗效显著,可在促进胃动力恢复的同时保护胃窦黏膜。
Objective To observe the effects of Shugan granule combined with trimebutine maleate on gastric motility indexes and gastric antral mucosa in patients with functional dyspepsia(FD).Methods 102 FD patients in our hospital were randomly divided into observation and control groups,with 51 cases in each group.The control group was treated with trimebutine maleate,and the observation group was treated with Shugan granule based on the control group.The gastric motility indexes[postprandial gastric antrum contraction amplitude(P),contraction frequency(F),motor index(MI)]and gastric antral mucosal indexes[gastrin(GAS),gastrin(GAS),somatostatin(SS)]were compared between the two groups before treatment and after 8 weeks of treatment,and the occurrence of adverse reactions were recorded.Results After 8 weeks of treatment,the levels of P,F,MI,and GAS in the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment(all P<0.05),and the levels in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The SS level was significantly lower than that before treatment(P<0.05),and the level in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).During treatment.There was no statistically significant difference in the total incidence rate of adverse reactions between the two groups(χ~2=0.088,P>0.05).Conclusion Shugan granule combined with trimebutine maleate has a significant efficacy in the treatment of FD,and it can promote the recovery of gastric motility and protect the gastric antral mucosa.
