摘要
高校党组织“对标争先”建设计划实施以来,高校样板党支部建设在党建模式多样、党建嵌入条件完善、思想政治学习深化等方面呈现可喜成效,但也存在党务“业余”、活动“不活”、测评粗泛等问题。为更好落实样板党支部建设任务,提升样板党支部建设水平,可采取这些策略:强化校院(系)两级党组织领导作用;实施党支部书记“双带头人”培育工程和“一支部一品牌”创建活动;创新组织生活内容与形式、党员360°考核办法及党支部考评办法。
Since the implementation of the construction plan for“Aiming at Models,Vying for the Best”among Party branches in colleges and universities,there are some gratifying results such as diverse models of Party building,improved conditions for embedded Party building,and more intensive ideological and political study.However,there are some problems such as amateur management of Party affairs,inflexible activities,simple assessments and so on.In order to better implement the tasks of building CPC model branches and improve their construction level,these strategies can be adopted:strengthening the leadership of CPC organizations in the college and its subordinate departments,implementing the“Dual Leaders”cultivation project for Party branch secretaries and“One Branch One Brand”activities,and innovating the content and forms of organizational life,the 360°assessment systems for Party members and the evaluation systems for Party branches.
