基于模糊自适应PID的卷绕系统张力控制 被引量:14

摘要 卷绕控制系统对于张力控制效果的好坏会直接影响产品的品质。为解决传统PID控制参数不能跟随系统的变化而变化的问题以及降低算法程序和PLC编程的复杂程度,提出通过在上位机的WinCC全局脚本中编写模糊自适应PID控制算法实现PID参数的在线自适应整定,利用MatLab/Simulink进行系统仿真分析,并在西门子卷绕系统实验平台进行模拟实验验证。仿真结果表明:在模糊自适应PID控制下系统快速响应,没有产生超调,相较于传统PID控制更具优势;通过西门子卷绕系统实验平台得出实验结果与仿真结果相同。结论显示模糊自适应PID控制具有超调量小、调节时间短、适应性好、鲁棒性强等特点,其动态性能及稳态精度要优于传统PID控制。通过WinCC全局脚本编写算法程序可以有效降低程序的复杂度,提高可读性,从而达到更好的控制效果。 The effectiveness of the winding control system will directly affect the quality of the product for the effect of tension control.In order to solve the problem that the traditional PID control parameters can not follow the change of the system and reduce the complexity of algorithm and PLC programming.In this paper,the online adaptive tuning of PID parameters is realized by writing the fuzzy adaptive PID control algorithm in the WinCC global script of the upper computer.MatLab/Simulink was used for system simulation analysis,and the simulation experiment was verified on the experimental platform of Siemens winding system.Simulation results show that the system responds quickly under the fuzzy adaptive PID control without overshoot,which has more advantages over traditional PID control;The experimental results are the same as the simulation results.The conclusion shows that the fuzzy adaptive PID control has the characteristics of small overshoot,short adjustment time,good adaptability and strong robustness,and the dynamic performance and steady-state accuracy of the phase are better than that of traditional PID control.The complexity of the program can be reduced effectively by writing algorithmic programs through WinCC global scripting,which can improve the readability and achieve better control effect.
