摘要
为解决某车型售后用户抱怨在汽车刚开始行驶时(冷启动,尤其每天早晨)的后轮制动抱死问题,分析可能造成潮湿环境下后轮制动抱死的原因。通过分析试验得出:鼓式制动器的摩擦片材料锈粘着问题是导致潮湿环境下制动抱死的主要原因。
In order to solve the problem of rear-wheel brake lock when a certain model of after-sales users complained when the car first started driving(cold start,especially every morning),the reasons that may cause rear-wheel brake lock-up in a humid environment were analyzed.Through the analysis and experiment,it is concluded that the rust and adhesion of the friction lining material of the drum brake is the main reason that causes the brake to lock in a humid environment.
