摘要
以聚四氢呋喃(PTMG)、聚丙二醇(PPG)作为软链段对常规聚苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBT)进行化学改性,制备了两种性能符合服装面料热熔胶粘剂要求的共聚酯树脂。结果表明,PTMG改性共聚酯的拉伸强度、断裂伸长率、粘接强度高于PPG改性的共聚酯。两种共聚酯树脂具有熔点低、粘接强度高的优点。
With polytetramethylene ether glycol(PTMG)and polypropylene glycol(PPG)as soft segments,the properties of conventional PBT is chemically modified to make two kinds of copolyester resins to meet the needs of textile hot-melt adhesives.The results show that the tensile strength,elongation and bonding strength of PTMG modified copolyester are superior to those of PPG modified,and both has the features of low melting point,high bonding strength.
