摘要
目的:分析生血宝合剂联合蔗糖铁注射液治疗小儿缺铁性贫血的临床效果。方法:选择本院小儿缺铁性贫血患儿共80例,数字表随机分两组,每组40例,对照组的患儿给予蔗糖铁注射液治疗,观察组在该基础上增加生血宝合剂。比较两组皮肤黏膜颜色恢复红润时间、精神状态、食欲恢复正常的时间、治疗前后患儿血红蛋白、血清铁、铁蛋白、红细胞计数、总有效率、不良反应。结果:观察组皮肤黏膜颜色恢复红润时间及精神状态、食欲恢复正常的时间早于对照组,治疗后观察组患儿血红蛋白、血清铁、铁蛋白和红细胞计数高于对照组,总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗过程不良反应差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:蔗糖铁注射液联合生血宝合剂对于小儿缺铁性贫血的治疗效果确切,安全性高,可改善血液学指标,值得推广。
Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of Shengxuebao Mixture combined with Iron Sucrose Injection in the treatment of iron deficiency anemia in children.Method:A total of 80 children with iron deficiency anemia in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given Iron Sucrose Injection,and the observation group was added Shengxuebao Mixture on the basis of the treatment.The recovery time of skin and mucous membrane color,mental state,appetite recovery time,hemoglobin,serum iron,ferritin and red blood cell count,total effective rate and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:The time of skin mucosa color recovery,mental state and appetite recovery in the observation group was earlier than those in the control group.After treatment,hemoglobin,serum iron,ferritin and red blood cell count in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the total effective rate was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Iron Sucrose Injection combined with Shengxuebao Mixture is effective and safe in the treatment of iron deficiency anemia in children.It can improve hematological indexes and is worthy of promotion.
