摘要
目的:探究B超引导下不同模式肌间沟臂丛神经阻滞的麻醉效果。方法:以2018年5月-2019年10月本院收治的102例行上肢手术患者作为研究对象,随机将其分为A、B、C三组,每组34例。A、B、C三组分别接受B超引导下肌间沟臂丛上支、中支和下支神经周围注射药物阻滞麻醉,并对比三组麻醉效果。结果:B组麻醉效果优于A组、C组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),A、C组麻醉效果比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。三组手术穿刺时间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);B组感觉神经麻醉起效与持续时间、运动神经麻醉起效时间均优于A、C组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),A、C组感觉神经麻醉起效与持续时间、运动神经麻醉起效时间比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:B超引导下不同模式肌间沟臂丛神经阻滞的麻醉有效程度差异明显,于中支神经周围注药效果最佳,药物起效最快,麻醉持续时间最长,是最优选择,值得普及。
Objective:To explore the anesthesia effects of different modes of intermuscular sulcus brachial plexus block under B-ultrasound guidance.Method:A total of 102 patients underwent upper limb surgery admitted to our hospital from May 2018 to October 2019 were taken as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into the group A,B and C,with 34 patients in each group.The group A,B and C were respectively injected with drugs around the nerves of the upper,middle and lower branches of the intermuscular sulcus brachial plexus under B-ultrasound guidance.Compared the anesthesia effects of the three groups.Result:The anesthesia effect of the group B was better than that of the group A and C,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the anesthesia effect between the group A and C(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in operative puncture time between the three groups(P>0.05).the onset and duration time of sensory nerve anesthesia,onset time of motor nerve anesthesia in the group B were better than those in the group A and C,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no statistical differences in the onset and duration time of sensory nerve anesthesia,onset time of motor nerve anesthesia between the two groups A and C(P>0.05).Conclusion:The effective degree of anesthesia of different modes of intermuscular sulcus brachial plexus block under B-ultrasound guidance is significantly different.The effect of injection around the middle branch nerve is the best,the drug has the fastest effect,and the anesthesia lasts the longest,which is the best choice,it is worth popularizing.
