摘要
微生物发酵是一种能够提高日粮纤维应用价值的饲料加工方法,在动物生产应用中能够起到促进机体生长、改善血清指标、调节菌群平衡、增强免疫力和抗氧化性能以及提高畜产品品质等作用。近年来,发酵日粮纤维在调控肠道健康方面越来越受到研究和关注。本文综述了日粮纤维结构、发酵纤维的研究现状和作用机理及其动物生产中的应用进展,为促进日粮纤维在养殖生产中的高效应用提供依据。
Microbial fermentation is a kind of feed processing method that can improve the application value of dietary fiber.It has a positive effect on promoting the growth performance,improving the serum index,regulating the balance of bacteria,and enhancing the immunity and anti-oxidation performance,as well as improving the quality of animal products.More and more attention has been paid to the role of dietary fiber in regulating intestinal health.In this paper,the research status and mechanism of dietary fiber structure and fermentation fiber and its application in animal production are reviewed,which provides basis for promoting the efficient application of dietary fiber in animal production.
