摘要
为科学预防控制建筑坍塌险兆事件,需明确建筑坍塌险兆事件影响因素,以便采取相应的管控对策。采用实地调研与现场访谈,运用扎根理论质性研究方法,对建筑坍塌险兆事件影响因素进行分析研究。通过主轴译码获得16个主范畴,选择译码提炼出4个核心范畴,从而构建建筑坍塌险兆事件影响因素指标体系。结果表明,建筑坍塌险兆事件受人的因素和物的因素的影响;其中,人的因素包括从业人员素质和安全管理体系,物的因素包括作业设备设施和施工场所环境。在此基础上提出提高从业人员素质、建立完善的安全管理体系、加强设施设备安全监管,改善施工场所环境等对策,可为减少建筑坍塌险兆事件的发生提供理论指导。
In order to scientifically prevent and control the near-miss of building collapse,it is necessary to clarify the factors affecting the near miss of building collapse and take corresponding control measures.Based on field investigation and field interview,this paper analyzes and studies the influencing factors of the near miss of building collapse by using the qualitative research method of grounded theory.Sixteen main categories were obtained through the main axis decoding,and 4 core categories were extracted through the selection of decoding,so as to construct the index system of those influencing factors.The results show that the near miss of building collapse are affected by human factors and material factors,human factors include the quality of employees and organizational management system,and material factors include operating equipment and facilities as well as construction site environment.Accordingly some countermeasures are proposed,such as promoting the quality of employees,establishing a sound safety management system,strengthening the safety supervision of facilities and equipment,and improving the environment of construction sites,which can provide a theoretical guidance for reducing the near misses of building collapse.
