粉煤灰和偏高岭土组合使用对混凝土耐热性能影响

摘要 通过引入粉煤灰和偏高岭土制备了四种高性能混凝土,并研究了粉煤灰和偏高岭土两种辅助胶凝材料的组合使用对高性能混凝土耐热性能的影响。结果表明,SCM的组合使用对高性能混凝土的早期强度影响有限,而28 d强度受到显著影响。在1000℃下,含有30%UFFA-5%MK和10%FA-20%UFFA-5%MK的高性能混凝土残余抗压强度分别保持18.7 MPa和23.9 MPa。在1000℃下,辅助胶凝材料的组合使用(10%FA-20%UFFA-5%MK)显示出最低的质量损失(9.2%)、吸水率(10.9%)和孔隙率(28.6%)。 Four kinds of high-performance concrete were prepared by introducing fly ash and metakaolin,and the effect of the combined use of fly ash and metakaolin on the heat resistance of high-performance concrete was studied.The results show that the combined use of SCM has a limited effect on the early strength of high-performance concrete,while the 28 d strength is significantly affected.At 1000℃,the residual compressive strength of highperformance concrete containing 30%UFFA-5%MK and 10%FA-20%UFFA-5%MK remains 18.7 MPa and 23.9 MPa,respectively.At 1000℃,the combined use of auxiliary gelling materials(10%FA-20%UFFA-5%MK)showed the lowest mass loss(9.2%),water absorption(10.9%)and porosity(28.6%).
