摘要
目的对天津市不同警种公安民警进行唾液潜血(SOB)和口腔挥发性硫化物(VSCs)两项指标的检查,了解民警的牙周健康状况,探索针对不同警种民警切实可行的口腔预防保健措施。方法选择2012年3月至2012年11月于天津市公安医院健康体检中心体检的天津市各区县公安民警为研究对象,采取分层整群随机抽样的方法抽取样本388例(包括6个警种)。以SOB试纸检测SOB,口气测量仪检测口腔中的VSCs水平,比较不同警种公安民警的SOB、VSCs阳性率。结果不同警种公安民警的SOB阳性率、VSCs阳性率、SOB与VSCs双阳性率差异均具有统计学意义(均P<0.001),SOB与VSCs阳性主要发生于刑警、交警和治安警3个警种。结论不同警种公安民警因工作性质、精神压力等不尽相同,其口腔卫生健康状况亦不同,医务工作者应根据不同警种开展有针对性的口腔卫生宣教,提高公安民警对牙周疾病的预防和治疗意识。
Objective To examine the two indicators of salivary occult blood(SOB)and oral volatile sulfide(VSCs)from police officers with different police types in Tianjin,to understand the police's periodontal health,and to explore methods of oral disease prevention and health care for different types of polices.Methods The public security officers from all districts and counties of Tianjin who had physical examinations at the Health Examination Center of Tianjin Public Security Hospital from March 2012 to November 2012 were selected as the research objects.A stratified cluster random sampling method was used to draw samples of 388 cases(including 6 police types).The SOB test paper was used to detect SOB,and the oral breath meter was used to detect the level of VSCs in the oral cavity.The positive rates of SOB and VSCs of different police types were compared.Results There were statistically significant differences in the SOB positive rate,VSCs positive rate,SOB and VSCs double positive rate of different police types of public security police(all P<0.001).SOB and VSCs positive mainly occurred in criminal police,traffic police and security police.Conclusion Different types of police officers have different oral hygiene conditions due to the nature of their work and mental stress.Medical workers should carry out targeted oral hygiene education according to different types of police to improve the police's awareness of prevention and treatment awareness on periodontal diseases.
