摘要
以丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物/聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(ABS/PBT)合金为研究对象,尝试建立简单有效的合金相形态评价方法。通过对比不同刻蚀溶剂和刻蚀时间,确定了四氢呋喃(THF)处理5 min并经过超声振荡可以有效刻蚀合金中的ABS相。而80℃下30%g/mL的氢氧化钾(KOH)处理20~40 min则可以较好刻蚀合金中的PBT相。经过刻蚀处理的样品在扫描电镜下可以清晰地观察到合金中两相的形态。在此方法基础上进一步研究了合金的刻蚀方法和原子发射光谱等元素定量方法的结合,利用不同溶剂刻蚀不同组分并测定元素含量变化来评估填料在ABS/PBT合金各个相中的分布情况。结果表明,ABS/PBT/5%OMMT合金体系中有机蒙拓土(OMMT)在PBT相中的含量比ABS相中高出1.39倍,即填料更倾向于分布在PBT相中。上述方法为研究填料的选择性分布开发了一种简单便捷的表征方法,并且为研究多相体系中色粉和其他助剂等成分的选择性分布提供了一种思路和方向。
In order to establish simple and effective etching techniques for morphology observations of acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer/polybutylene terephthalate(ABS/PBT).By comparing different etching solvents and etching time,it is suggested that the tetrahydrofuran(THF)treatment for 5 min and ultrasonic vibration can effectively etch the ABS phase of ABS/PBT alloys.Additionally,the distribution of montmorillonite in ABS/PBT alloys was quantitatively analyzed by etching and ICP.The distribution of the filler can be efficiently evaluated by etching of different phases with different solvents and then measuring variation of elemental content.It is found that the content of organic montmorillonite(OMMT)in the PBT phase of the ABS/PBT/5%OMMT alloy system is 1.39 times higher than that in the ABS phase,which suggests the filler is more likely to be distributed in the PBT phase.It also provides an idea way for the study of the selective distribution of pigments and other auxiliaries in polymer alloy systems.
