摘要
为解决工业机器人教学中设备成本高、数量不足、生均实操时间短等问题,以ABB IRB-120型号机器人为研究对象,介绍了一种利用RobotStudio构建机器人多功能工作站的仿真方法。首先,根据工作站参数,在RobotStudio环境中创建三维模型,搭建仿真平台;其次,利用Smart组件创建动态工具,配置I/O信号;最后,离线编写机器人的搬运、装配和绘制曲线的仿真程序。仿真结果表明,该平台良好地实现了工具的取放、工件的搬运和装配以及绘制曲线等作业,为机器人自动化工作站开发研究提供了理论依据和设计平台,降低了工作站设计和调试成本,提高了操作安全性,增强了学生实践能力。
Aiming at the problems of teaching industrial robots,such as high equipment cost,insufficient quantity and short operation time per student,using ABB IRB-120 robot as the research object,a comprehensive simulation platform was designed based on RobotStudio.First,create models in RobotStudio based on the workstation parameters.Then use Smart components to create dynamic tools and configure I/O signals.Finally,write robot teaching program able to experiment handling,assembly,and drawing curves.Simulation results show that the platform can simulate the actual operation well and provides a theoretical basis and design platform for the development and research of robot automatic workstation,reduces the cost of workstation design and debugging,improves the safety of operation,and enhances students’practical ability.
