摘要
中药材产地趁鲜加工具有减少再加工难度、便利仓储运输、减少重复环节、降低成本、提高饮片质量和工业化生产程度等优势。但目前《中华人民共和国药典》及中药炮制规范中产地趁鲜加工品种少,远不能满足中药饮片的集约化、现代化、工业化生产需求,且许多饮片厂都存在"产切片"现象,增加了药监部门的工作难度。文章针对开展中药材趁鲜加工进行了可行性分析,对如何开展趁鲜加工和药监部门如何监管提出了建议,以期为药监部门对增加产地趁鲜加工品种的决策提供一定依据。
The fresh processing on origin of Chinese medicinal materials has the advantages of reducing the difficulty of reprocessing,facilitating warehousing and transportation,reducing repetitive links,costs,improving the quality and industrial production level of Chinese medicinal materials.However,at present,Pharmacopoeia of The People’s Republic of China and Chinese medicine processing specifications for fresh processing on origin have fewer varieties,which are far from meeting the intensive,modernized and industrialized production demands of Chinese herbal decoction pieces.Moreover,many herbal pieces factories have the phenomenon of’origin fresh processing pieces’,which makes the work of the drug regulatory department more difficult.This article makes a feasibility analysis on the development of origin fresh processing of Chinese herbal medicine,and puts forward suggestions on how to carry out fresh processing on origin and how the drug regulatory department supervises,in order to provide a certain basis for the drug regulatory department’s decision to increase the production variety of fresh processing.
