摘要
以高职旅游管理专业为例对职业技能训练和证书制度融合的实践策略进行探究,介绍了旅游管理专业1+X证书标准。高职旅游管理专业课程体系存在的问题主要包括专业课程模块内容缺失,专业课程学习效果评价单一,教师职业能力不强。基于双证融通的高职旅游管理专业需重构课程体系,将合适的职业资格证书考试纳入教学计划,转变课堂教学模式,优化课程模块内容,统筹集中岗位技能课程学段,增加相应职业岗位技能课时,实施以证代考的学习效果评价,以实现职业技能训练和证书制度的融合。
The research explores the practice strategy of the integration of vocational skill training and certificate system through taking Tourism Management Specialty of the higher vocational college as an example,and introduces the 1+X certificate standard of Tourism Management Specialty.There are some problems in Tourism Management Specialty system,including lack of professional curriculum module content,single evaluation of professional course study effect and weak teacher professional ability.Based on two-certificate integration,course system of Tourism Management Specialty should be reconstructed.It is suggested to add suitable job qualification certificate examination into the teaching plan,transfer course teaching model,optimize course module content,plan centralized job qualification course means,increase the class hour of corresponding occupation job qualification,and implement study effect evaluation through taking certificate instead of examination,in order to achieve the integration of training of vocational skill and certificate system.
