高温胁迫对2个矾根盆栽品种生理特性的影响 被引量:5

Effects of high-temperature stress on physiological property of two potted cultivars of Heuchera micrantha

摘要 以2个矾根品种饴糖和花毯作为研究材料,研究高温对其生理特性的影响,比较二者耐热性.分别测定高温胁迫过程中两个品种饴糖和花毯叶片的相对电导率、MDA含量、净光合速率(Pn)等生理指标并进行分析.研究结果表明,饴糖和花毯叶片的可溶性糖含量、相对电导率均随着胁迫温度的升高而增加,40℃时,花毯叶片的相对电导率较饴糖低32.40%,可溶性糖含量则区别不大,而丙二醛则呈现先增加后减少的趋势,在40℃达到最高值,饴糖和花毯分别为14.39μmol/g和10.98μmol/g.在光合特性方面,蒸腾速率、净光合速率随着胁迫温度的升高而下降,胞间二氧化碳浓度则相反.通过对这些生理指标变化趋势的综合分析,可初步认为花毯对于高温的耐受能力强于饴糖,这与露地栽培植株外部形态的表现一致. In order to study the heat-resistance,taking two potted cultivars of Heuchera micrantha Yitang and Huatan as materials,the relative condctivity,MDA content,photosynthetic rate(Pn)of leaves of two cultivars Yitang and Huatan were measured during high temperature stress.The results showed that,soluble sugar content and relative conductivity of two cultivars leaves increased all the way and the temperature was higher,at 40℃,the relative conductivity of Huatan leaf was 32.40%lower than that of Yitang,the soluble sugar is not very different,the change was more dramatic,while MDA contents first climbed up and then went down,the highest value was reached at 40℃,with Yitang and Huatan were 14.39μmol/g and 10.98μmol/g.In terms of photosynthetic characteristics,transpiration rate and net photosynthetic rate decreased with the increase of stress temperature,while the concentration of intercellular carbon dioxide was opposite.Through the comprehensive analysis of the changing trend of these physiological indexes,it can be concluded that the tolerance ability of Huatan had a strong hot-resistance than Yitang,which is consistent with the external morphology of open-field cultivation plants.
