摘要
目的探究急性肠胃炎患者采用奥美拉唑肠溶片联合复方嗜酸乳杆菌片治疗的临床效果。方法选取2018年3月至2019年3月于本院接受治疗的104例急性肠胃炎患者,并按照双盲法分为两组,每组52例。对照组患者采用复方嗜酸杆菌片治疗,试验组患者实施复方嗜酸乳杆菌片联合奥美拉唑肠溶片治疗,对两组患者的治疗总有效率、消化系统症状评分、肠胃功能评分及不良反应发生率进行对比。结果试验组的治疗总有效率为98.08%,高于对照组的84.62%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,两组患者消化系统症状评分与肠胃功能评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者消化系统症状评分明显低于治疗前,肠胃功能评分明显高于治疗前,且试验组患者消化系统症状评分与肠胃功能评分降低或升高幅度优于对照组(P<0.05);在治疗期间,两组患者均未出现显著的不良反应。结论针对急性肠胃炎患者采用奥美拉唑肠溶片联合复方嗜酸乳杆菌片的治疗效果较高,可使患者的消化系统与肠胃功能明显改善,安全性较高。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of omeprazole enteric-coated tablets combined with compound lactobacillus acidophilus tablets in the treatment of acute gastroenteritis patients. Methods From March 2018 to March 2019, 104 patients with acute gastroenteritis received treatment in our hospital were selected and divided into two groups according to double-blind method, 52 cases in each group. The control group was treated with compound acidophilus tablets, while the experimental group was treated with compound lactobacillus acidophilus tablets combined with omeprazole enteric-coated tablets. The total effective rate, digestive system symptom score, gastrointestinal function score and incidence rate of adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was 98.08%, which was higher than 84.62% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The comparison of digestive system symptom score and gastrointestinal function score between the two groups before treatment showed no statistical significance(P>0.05). After treatment, the digestive system symptom score of the two groups of patients was significantly lower than that before treatment, and the gastrointestinal function score was significantly higher than that before treatment, and the degree of decrease or increase in the digestive system symptom score and gastrointestinal function score of the experimental group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05). No significant adverse reactions occurred in all patients during treatment. Conclusion Omeprazole enteric-coated tablets combined with compound lactobacillus acidophilus tablets are effective in the treatment of acute gastroenteritis patients, which can significantly improve the digestive system and gastrointestinal function of patients and has high safety.
