摘要
目的研究探讨对老年性脑梗死患者予以优质护理服务的临床应用效果。方法对2018年3月至2018年12月我院收治的89例老年性脑梗死患者予以随机分组处理,分别采取常规护理(44例,采取常规护理干预)及优质护理(45例,采取优质护理服务),对比两组的护理效果。结果优质组的Barthel指数、护理满意度以及治疗依从性均显著高于常规组,住院时间短于常规组,数据比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论优质护理服务能帮助老年性脑梗死患者尽早恢复运动功能,有利于良好护患关系的构建,效果确切。
Objective The study explores the clinical application effect of providing high-quality nursing services to patients with senile cerebral infarction.Methods The 89 patients with senile cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital from March 2018 to December 2018 were randomly assigned to receive routine nursing(44 cases,with routine nursing intervention)and high-quality nursing(45 cases,with high-quality nursing services).Compare the nursing effects of the two groups.Result The Barthel index,nursing satisfaction and treatment compliance of the high-quality group were significantly higher than those of the conventional group,and the hospitalization time was shorter than that of the conventional group,the difference in data comparison was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion High-quality nursing services can help patients with senile cerebral infarction recover their motor functions as soon as possible,and are conducive to the construction of a good nurse-patient relationship with definite results.
