摘要
中成药历史悠久、种类繁多、功效显著,在临床上得到广泛应用。随着时代进步,中成药品种、剂型更加多样,其不良反应发生率也随之上升。发生中成药不良反应常见原因有中药毒性、剂型、药不对证、中西药物联用、特殊人群用药等。其不良反应原因多,而临床研究中研究者常重视有效性,对不良反应问题关注不够。基于这一现象本文分析了中成药不良反应原因,从不良反应原因方面思考中医药临床科研设计。
Chinese patent medicines have long history,a great variety and significant efficacy,and are widely applied in clinical practice.With the progress of the times,the varieties and preparation forms of Chinese patent medicines are more diverse,and the incidence rates of adverse reactions are also rising.The common causes of adverse reactions of Chinese patent medicine include toxicity of traditional Chinese medicinal,preparation forms,wrong administration of medicinal according to syndromes,combination of Chinese and Western medicine,medication for special population,etc.There are many reasons for the adverse reactions of Chinese patent medicines,but most of the researchers in clinical research pay attention to the effectiveness and pay little attention to the adverse reactions.Based on this phenomenon,the authors analyze the causes of adverse reactions of Chinese patent medicines,and consider the clinical research design of traditional Chinese medicine from the aspects of adverse reactions.
