摘要
目的:观察盆腔炎汤辅治对慢性盆腔炎门诊患者血液流变学、血清炎症因子水平的影响。方法:选取2018年1月~2018年12月期间本院收治的慢性盆腔炎患者84例,利用简单随机抽样法将纳入患者分为观察组和对照组,每组42例,对照组采用常规抗生素治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予盆腔炎汤治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组总有效率97.62%明显高于对照组的85.71%(P<0.05);观察组治疗后血液流变学指标全血高切、全血低切、血浆比粘度以及血清炎症因子肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组复发率为2.38%明显低于对照组的16.67%(P<0.05)。结论:盆腔炎汤辅治慢性盆腔炎效果良好,能明显改善患者血液流变学、血清炎症因子水平。
Objective:To explore the effect of Pelvic Inflammatory Decoction adjuvant therapy on hemorheology and serum inflammatory factors levels for patients with chronic pelvic inflammation disease(CPID).Methods:Eighty four CPID patients who were admitted to the hospital from January 2018to December 2018were enrolled.They were divided into observation group and controlled group by simple random sampling method,42cases in each group.The controlled group was treated with routine antibiotics,while the observation group was additionally given Pelvic Inflammatory Decoction.The curative effect was compared between the two groups.Rsesults:The total response rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the controlled group(97.62%vs 85.71%)(P<0.05).After treatment,levels of hemorheology indexes(whole blood high-cut viscosity,whole blood low-cut viscosity,plasma viscosity)and serum inflammatory factors[tumour necrosis factorα(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6),high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)]in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the controlled group(P<0.05).The recurrence rate in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the controlled group(2.38%vs 16.67%)(P<0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect of Pelvic Inflammatory Decoction adjuvant therapy is good on CPID,which can significantly improve levels of hemorheology and serum inflammatory factors.
